Working
together
to lift the fog
of depression
and anxiety
Life tends to get difficult at times, right? Sometimes a specific event leaves us struggling, but at other times it’s hard to pinpoint why we don’t feel quite right. While it’s normal to feel low or overwhelmed at times, if it affects your everyday life, it’s good to talk to a professional.
The way we feel about ourselves can have a real effect on our relationships with others, and importantly, with ourselves. Not feeling good enough can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. Knowing ourselves better and understanding what has happened to us can help to increase assertiveness and make us feel comfortable in our own skin.
Counselling can help by offering a safe space in which your individual story is valued and explored in confidence, without judgement or expectations. If you think counselling might help you with what you are struggling with, have a look at the services I offer here.
